Manuscript Review

An intricate evaluation of your manuscript.

  • You have a finished manuscript, now it is time to make it shine! This package offers you a thorough review of your manuscript.

    A manuscript evaluation will include:

    • A complete evaluation of your first draft.

    • Inline comments and suggestions throughout your entire manuscript that will help you know how to polish your work.

    • An evaluation letter (typically 3-5 pages) that outlines what is working, and what still needs work.

    • Two 60-minute online coaching sessions before and after the evaluation process to discuss the intention of the book and read over my written comments and evaluation letter.

  • Two 60-minute online coaching sessions plus the manuscript review.

    Depending on the length of the manuscript, the duration will vary. We will create a timeline together during our first session.

Sensitivity Review & Polish

Avoid harmful stereotypes and biases.

  • I will review your literary work looking for perceived offensive content, stereotypes and bias, and will create a report for you to review with suggested changes. As a Queer woman of colour, I specialize in Latinx and LGBTQIA+ representation, sexist biases as well as the immigrant experience. We will have two 60-minute, online coaching sessions before and after the evaluation process.
